Contacted Pacific Electric to repair & upgrade wiring which had been done incorrectly by a previous contractor. Our technician Martin K., arrived on time, was experienced, efficient and attentive to detail. He presented us options, and provided a recommendation when we requested. The work was completed as we had agreed. Martin was careful to clean up the work area after the job had been completed. Another job by Pacific Electric done professionally, from start to finish.

Kenneth and Austin were awesome! Kenneth came the first time and took care of a bunch of little electrical issues quickly and professionally. He came back with Austin to install a ceiling fan in a high-ceilinged room that previously did not have one, and they did a great job -- again efficiently and professionally. We will call Pacific for all our future electrical needs. UPDATE 3/3/25: We called yesterday (Sunday) due a blown outlet. Sam De La Torre came o it today and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in less than 30 minutes. He was very kind and professional! I would give you five stars again but Google only lets me leave one review!

We called Pacific Electric to have an additional outle installed in the entryway of the home. Martin the assigned tech shows up to inspect and evaluate the job. Once he was explained the job in terms that I could understand. It only took a few hours the job. Martin finished the job, inspected the power within the area he worked to verify all was working. He even reattached all the wall he had to cut out to run the wires and cleaned up the area. Martin is very professional and knowledgeable with what he does. Will diffenately use Pacific Electric with any electrical issues that may come up. Very reasonable prices for this job. Thanks PE for a great job and all your professionalism.

Update: February 12, 2025. I had to call Pacific electric out again to help with the problem I was having with my hardwired smoke detectors. They sent David out and he was amazing! (No surprise here!) Not only did he take care of the issue, but he explained things to me for future reference which is a big help! Thank you again Pacific Electric for you and your wonderful staff! I love working with Reymundo!! he is so knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to work with! He installed 4 ceiling fans and repaired 3 pendant lights in a few hours! When we need any electrical work done in the future, it’s a no brainer…we’re calling Pacific Electric!

We had a breaker to our hot tub start to repeatedly trip. I’ve used Pacific Electric in the past so I called them for help, and Sam showed up less than 24 hours later. Sam examined the breaker box, asked questions and diagnosed the problem quickly. In less than an hour the breaker that was tripping (which was dying-smelled horrible) was replaced with a new model that Sam had in his work van and the problem was solved. Sam was very kind, patient, and thorough. It was a great pleasure doing business with both he and with Pacific Electric again. Thank you!!

Very pleasant experience to get the quote for moving a high voltage dryer outlet from Sam. He took pictures with his measurements! Made me feel confident on his approach to providing an accurate quote. Then I asked him for a quote on replacing a recessed light can that got dislodged. He inspected it and took less than a minute to put the old can back in. He even replaced the burned out light bulb. Work scheduled two days after the quote. Overall looks good and definitely need to bring someone in to patch up the holes. I’m glad he was able to save a larger section of the cut outs. He also left the ability for me to use the old outlet location in the future.

I called Pacific Electric for same day service to check the condition of an electrical source and lighting fixture after a minor water leak. The person I spoke with to schedule the appointment was nice and helpful. She gave me a time, but called a little later to say someone could come out even sooner! Martin arrived and was very professional and courteous. He did a thorough check and provided a detailed explanation and useful feedback. Great service from beginning to end.

Sam found the problem pretty quick even though it was an unusual one. A hot wire was hooked up to the neutral bar.

David could not have been kinder and he was extremely efficient at the job at hand. I would recommend him to anyone. unfortunately, the switch that he replaced for me in the bathroom keeps tripping off. So my lights keep going off about every 20 minutes I have to go in and trip it to come back on so that my Christmas lights will stay on. I think I will probably call tomorrow and see if there’s anything that can be done. This problem existed before the Christmas lights came to be and now it’s there again.

Excellent work by Andy and Sam. They weren’t the original technicians that came out to create the estimate so they needed to do some figuring out of what needed to happen. Additionally they hit a snag with one of the electrical boxes being too crowded to make my EV charger install, but they worked with their supervisor to figure it out and adapt to the situation. Work was clean and careful, very much appreciated their work.

We remembered calling Pacific Electric 5 or 6 years ago and what a good job they had done, and we are glad we called them again for this issue.

Sam D came out to check on a strange electrical issue we were having. The initial prognosis was going to be expensive. Sam worked for hours troubleshooting the issue to find it was a simple fix. He was polite, considerate, compassionate, and helped to clean up parts of the house that had been taken apart. He showed up within the time promised. Overall it was a great experience. I appreciated him taking the time to rule out other problems instead of starting with the most expensive option first.

I used Pacific Electric two years ago to install a wired Ring Flood Cam and the service was wonderful. Today I used them again to install two more wired cameras and they were thorough, professional, did the work perfectly, and answered all my questions. Sam was the electrician who showed up. He quickly developed a quote and after I accepted it he got to work immediately. I will be using Pacific Electric again in the future.
