This is my fourth electrical project with Pacific Electric. Today Carlos and David installed my landscape lighting. Great installation, very professional work

Sam came out for me today as about half of my house the lights and fans were not working. Spent the time to trouble shoot everything and walked me through what needed to be done and got me back up and running same day!

I had an issue with a GFI outlet in the garage. Sam was the technician that came to the house and quickly and professionally found the issue. I would definitely use Pacific Electric again in the future.

Sam was amazing. He repaired a loose junction box like it was brand new. He even gave me tips to prevent the problem from happening.

I am new to Las Vegas and needed an electrician to hang the pendant lights in my kitchen. I called 3 companies for quotes/ estimates. The first company came out , the guy was nice, but they wanted as much as I paid for my patio furniture to install the lights. I was already impressed with Pacific because of their communication-when they were coming, who was coming to my house, etc. Robin was very pleasant, very accommodating of my schedule, and professional. Sampson and co worker did a great job on installing my level 2 ev charger. I wanted it installed a certain way and they did it perfectly. came out looking super professional and at a great price. Highly recommend

I had an issue with a GFCI plug I had replaced,the reset buttons didn’t work although power was coming through.Pacific Electric sent Dustin to check it out.He was very professional,pleasant and quickly fixed the problem which was a wiring issue.We have no hesitation in recommending Dustin and calling him back for any future electrical work.

This is the second time Ive called Pacific Electric for my electricaI needs. They are awesome! This time they sent David another amazing technician. He arrived promptly, he was respectful, courteous, personable and from the start I knew he was very knowlegeable about his profession. He got right to work installing 2 new fixtures in a walk in closet that was dark as a dungeon and a new wall switch. I also asked for a speciality light switch for my husband who has low vision for the livingroom. David discussed the options and offered to research the availability and email an estimate. I love when a plan comes together! I will definitely plan to use Pacific Electric and David's skills again.

After having my house completely remodeled, the builder left some loose ends in plugs with no power, a fan that burned out do to a faulty install. So I have been sitting on these issues for over a year and could not get the builder to fix them. Since I am happy with the remodel, I decided to just get them fixed on my own. Hence, the reason for contacting Pacific Electric. They sent, electrician, Louis del Toro to do the work. Well, needless to say, Louis fixed all my issues with minimal disruption, and professionally accomplished all repairs. In the meantime, the office kept in touch with me to keep me updated on every aspect of the job. So for the foreseeable future, any electrical issues needing to be fixed, it's Pacific for me.

EXPECTATIONS EXCEEDED!! The Senior Technician, Travis, showed up 20 minutes early. The job he performed was in a word, perfect. He was able to put an additional grounded three prong outlet for use to power my big screen TV and sound bar. He did a great job, laid down a plastic catch sheet for the drywall, dust and debris. The first picture was the power cord previous to the installation and the results after the installation took place. Phenomenal.

Luis did a fantastic job! Porcelain socket wire was frayed from overheating. Bypassed socket and did a direct connect. Problem solved!

In this day and age is difficult to find a company that you can trust to give you good advice for a fair amount of money. Pacific Electric is one of those places. From everybody from the front office staff down to the technicians they do an A+ job. If you need electrical work done you can't do any better than Pacific electric. Especially going out to the technicians Sam and Andy for all the hard work they did in 110° temperatures i give them all my best thanks because I know I couldn't do it in this kind of temperatures. If I could give more than 5-stars to Pacific Electric I would. If you need electrical work done, don't hesitate to call Pacific Electric. Sam assisted me with an issue with 2 smoke detectors at my house today. Lost power in one of my bedrooms last night, Sam De La Torre of Pacific Electric came this morning to fix the problem and installed 2 new carbon monoxide/smoke alarms and 3 new smoke alarms, he showed the cause of why I lost power in the bedroom and he fixed it, he gave me a step by step process of what happened and how he fixed it, I was extra satisfied with his politeness, respectfulness and his top notch informativeness, thank you Sam, I wish all future service personnel that I could meet in the future are as good as Sam.

I had a great experience with Pacific Electric and the electrician who serviced my property, David. When I called Pacific Electric the customer service agent who answered the phone was a pleasure to talk to. She made me feel like my business was appreciated and was very accommodating in setting up an appointment. David was on time and called me when he was on the way. When he arrived, he quickly got to work looking for the source of the electrical problem I had in several rooms of my house. He was familiar with the construction of the homes in my neighborhood and clearly had experience with the wiring in these older houses. He dialed in on the source, which was not where we were expecting it to be. David showed us the problem and took time to explain the cause and what he would do to fix it. After the repair, everything is working perfectly. I had started my week afraid of having to call an electrician for my house. The Pacific personnel really put me at ease, and next time instead of feeling dread, I will actually be kind of excited to have them back to work on my home.

Had electricity go out in 3 rooms at our mobile home. Technician David assessment of the problem was quick and perceptive, the options and alternatives were reviewed thoroughly. He identified a wiring pattern that was affected by a burned out wire in one of the wall sockets, a previous electrician had suspected a wiring problem but didn't know where to look. David found and fixed it in 2 hours. David had good familiarity with the problem and saved us having to do a total wiring job. I highly recommend this company and give David a "6 out of 5 stars" on this.
