Pacific Electric was great I did not know who to call, I searched Electrians in the area and read reviews, Pacific has 5 star rating. I called and the office was so helpful I made an appointment, then 30 min later the office called and to let me know they had a cancelation thet the electrician is the area and come now. (Wow). The electrician arrived and Sam the electrician was great, he answered all my questions and also made some suggestions, Sam was straight forward and honest. Also had all the supplies on his truck. I will use and tell everyone about Pacific Electric. Thank you all very much.

Technician Sam Delatorre came out on an emergency call, was here within an hour. Checked our circuit breaker that was popping last night on our Spa. Found it was starting to go bad, this is a five year old breaker, which he had stated usually last about 5 or 6 years. He did not have a replacement circuit breaker with him so he is ordering one and will replace once it comes in. Sam was very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely hope he is the one to come back out.

Sam, you are a lifesaver! I came back from vacation to my smoke detector low battery alarm and I have 27ft ceilings so the average ladder isn’t going to do it. I had originally called another company on Friday who ended up cancelling on me last minute at 6pm (Legacy). So when I found Sam available for an early morning Saturday appointment I was so relieved. Not only was the alarm on 27ft ceilings but also placed in the worst location possible: over the stairs. He was able to get the battery out of the alarm and assist us with replacing the battery to long term ones. Thank you so very much, Sam!! I’ll be recommending to all my neighbors!

Pacific electric came back out to hook up a exterior plug. They had to run conduit along the block wall and one again the technician Sam killed it great job Sam and Pacific Electric 👏 Pacific Electric volvió a venir para conectar un enchufe exterior. Pacific Electric handled several issues efficiently. They installed a new receptacle and installed some new smoke detectors and replaced a Ring camera. They showed up on time and gave a 30 minute warning before arriving. The work was all done quickly, within the 6 hours allotted. Unfortunately a hole had to be cut in the garage ceiling to route the wiring. I'll need to patch it later myself.

2025 update: Had a new electrician out today, Erik, and I am still very satisfied with my service from Pacific Electric. I called in on a Friday evening and they got me an appointment by Monday morning. Erik was knowledgeable, friendly and a quick problem solver. I got a text from the office and a call from him directly letting me know he was on his way. I really appreciate PE Inc always sending me an experienced electrician since my house is older and has lots of quirks. Erik was another example of the fantastic and knowledgeable service I get from this company every time I call. Thanks Erik!! Original: I have a mid century house and it has gone through decades of repairs and home fixes— some good, some not so much. The electrician took the time to listen to my questions and find solutions to my concerns. I had a punch list of repairs and he helped me understand what was going on for each of them and gave me options on how to proceed. He is knowledgeable, honest and efficient. I have a ton of projects in mind now that I have an electrician I trust. Bonus: I received a text message before arrival with a number to text for questions and the electricians information so I knew who to expect at my door. I really appreciated this attention to detail and communication.

Dustin was extremely thorough and precise in diagnosing the root cause of the power outage in my garage. After digging deep, he traced the issue back to a tripped GFI. Prior to going with Pacific electric I called three other additional companies to receive a quote for the project to be done at my house. Pacific was there that same day upon me placing a phone call and was the best price available. They were quick to schedule the requested work, and were there almost immediately to complete the job. I had them change the wiring from a ceiling fan to a normal outlet. Sampson, their technician, was able to quickly and easily achieve this task as well as provide great customer service. Cannot recommend Sampson and Pacific enough!

This is the second review after the work was completed b- Eric and there was another electrician that I forgot his name. My bad. They both were very professional and did a very clean job. A++ service. Im the most skeptical person there is. If you need electrical work done call them. There was a company that I had happened to before pacific electric. They wanted $60 upfront for the initial inspection/quote. Pacific electric did not charge me anything to come give me a quote. Hands down im glad I got ahold of them. Esteban came out and checked on our ceiling fan that is on a very high ceiling (20 feet tall). He was extremely professional and walked us through all options, all of which were very reasonable compared to other companies. I contacted Pacific Electric to fix my doorbell that was not working. Bobby Velasco the electrical technician attempted different scenarios to fix my doorbell. Unfortunately Bobby determined one of the electrical lines to the doorbell chime was not live & he was unable to fix. I admired Bobby’s due diligence to solve my issue. Bobby gave me a couple options to determine how to fix the doorbell which I will review & decide how to proceed. Definitely would use Pacific Electric for any of my needs

We called Pacific Electric to have an additional outle installed in the entryway of the home. Martin the assigned tech shows up to inspect and evaluate the job. Once he was explained the job in terms that I could understand. It only took a few hours the job. Martin finished the job, inspected the power within the area he worked to verify all was working. He even reattached all the wall he had to cut out to run the wires and cleaned up the area. Martin is very professional and knowledgeable with what he does. Will diffenately use Pacific Electric with any electrical issues that may come up. Very reasonable prices for this job. Thanks PE for a great job and all your professionalism.

(No surprise here!) Not only did he take care of the issue, but he explained things to me for future reference which is a big help! Thank you again Pacific Electric for you and your wonderful staff! I love working with Reymundo!! he is so knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to work with! He installed 4 ceiling fans and repaired 3 pendant lights in a few hours! We had a breaker to our hot tub start to repeatedly trip. I’ve used Pacific Electric in the past so I called them for help, and Sam showed up less than 24 hours later. Sam examined the breaker box, asked questions and diagnosed the problem quickly. In less than an hour the breaker that was tripping (which was dying-smelled horrible) was replaced with a new model that Sam had in his work van and the problem was solved. Sam was very kind, patient, and thorough. It was a great pleasure doing business with both he and with Pacific Electric again. Thank you!!

Very pleasant experience to get the quote for moving a high voltage dryer outlet from Sam. He took pictures with his measurements! Made me feel confident on his approach to providing an accurate quote. Then I asked him for a quote on replacing a recessed light can that got dislodged. He inspected it and took less than a minute to put the old can back in. He even replaced the burned out light bulb. Work scheduled two days after the quote. Overall looks good and definitely need to bring someone in to patch up the holes. I’m glad he was able to save a larger section of the cut outs. He also left the ability for me to use the old outlet location in the future.

Sam De La Torre was the electrician that was dispatched to my home. He called to verify first and he came to my house on time. Professionally dressed, and very courteous. My situation was simple since my husband and I are not “Electric “ savvy, Sam explained in detail what he was doing and made sure my answers were satisfactory before he left. I highly recommend his company and this gentleman.

Brandon did a great job of checking all of our smoke detectors and explaining the problem and how to get it repaired. He took care of ordering the new detectors. Very efficient and helpful.
