I recently purchased an EV and needed a charger installed. David, once again, was totally thorough prior to the install to ensure my older home was equipped with enough amps to handle the EV charger. It wasn’t and he had to add. My EV charger was installed today and I’m very pleased, impressed with David’s work and excited to use it. A+++++

Luis Del Toro from Pacific Electric did an outstanding job! Our entire den suddenly had no electricity and we had no luck switching the breaker on and off. Luis was able to diagnose the problem and installled a new breaker with little time lost. He also was able to fix one of our ceiling fans and quickly knew that one of the blades needed to be adjusted. Not only did he have all the tools at the ready, he was mindful of the time spent and quickly worked to finish up within one hour.

I was extremely pleased with how quickly Tech Edwin addressed my concern, checking the ceiling light and the electrical box. He listened, was helpful and friendly besides efficient tesolving the issue. Office staff Robin is amazing too. Would call them again in a heartbeat!

Lost power in one of my bedrooms last night, Sam De La Torre of Pacific Electric came this morning to fix the problem and installed 2 new carbon monoxide/smoke alarms and 3 new smoke alarms, he showed the cause of why I lost power in the bedroom and he fixed it, he gave me a step by step process of what happened and how he fixed it, I was extra satisfied with his politeness, respectfulness and his top notch informativeness, thank you Sam, I wish all future service personnel that I could meet in the future are as good as Sam.

My home is 2 1/2 years old. I had a hardwired smoke/carbon monoxide detector begin chirping intermittently. Since these units typically last 10+ years before they need to be replaced, I thought it best to schedule an electrician to come out. I checked reviews and decided to call Pacific Electric. This company lived up to all the 5 star reviews. My technician, Dillion, showed up on time and was extremely professional. I am very pleased with the outcome and would not hesitate to call them again.

My technician, Mr. Tim Callahan arrived early and assessed my electrical requirements in support of my desired home and garage upgrades. He gave me a complete run down on my home's electrical power setup and advised me on the best course of action to ensure my home has sufficient electrical capacity to support the introduction of a tankless water heater / dual water softener system along with the installation of an EV charging station. He explained everything completely and I am confident that Pacific Electric will deliver a quality installation in the near future.

Purchased a home late last year that was in need of some minor updates. I reached out to Pacific Electric and a consultation was quickly scheduled for a quote. Luis Del Toro was the technician sent out to my home and he did an excellent job installing 6 ceiling fans, two canned lights in the bathroom and a wired Ring Doorbell. He also installed a new transformer on the fly due to the one I had not being compatible with the camera. Super professional, efficient and kept his work area clean. I highly recommend calling them for your electrical needs and asking for Luis.

Today I had Dustin Ragland as my technician from Pacific Electric. I had a 50 amp RV plug put in about a year ago and yesterday my husband pulled the RV out without unplugging it and completely ripped it out of the wall. I called Pacific Electric and they were able to send somebody out the next business day. Dustin had to completely start from scratch with a broken up wall, ripped out wiring and bent pipes. He did an amazing job. You could never even tell that we had a catastrophe there. My husband enjoyed speaking with him as he explained everything he was doing to my husband. Pacific Electric has gone above and beyond for our Business! They accommodated to get work done before business hours their team is great and Tommy even came back out to help troubleshoot an issue, he is great and solved it within mins. I lost power to the 3 bathrooms while replacing one of the exhaust fans. Initial technician wasn't able to find the GFI outlet to reset it. His boss, Tommy, came out and found it in the garage within ten minutes. It was hidden behind my workbench.

Louis, came late in the day and serviced our home. He was quick to figure out our smoke alarm issues and fix the problem. A great Electrician with integrity.
